Nock Draw Loose
A directed program for parents of a stalled adult son. Three working modules, each built around questions only you can answer — we work through those answers together, turning them into a Parenting Plan you can use.
Good solutions have never been the problem — you have provided lots. The responsibility transfer is what will make solutions relevant enough to produce change moving forward for your son.
The three modules
Nock — your starting point
You put the whole situation on paper: what his days actually look like, what he provides for himself, and which responsibilities you are carrying that need to move back to him.
Draw — the structure
You build the boundaries that will move responsibility back to him. Then you identify his five biggest challenges and anticipate how he is likely to push back — so nothing catches you off guard.
Loose — the release
You decide, before the hard moments come, what support you are willing and able to offer as he takes responsibility for those challenges. None of it is forced on him — it is support he can choose to accept.
How it works, start to finish
Three steps. The help begins before the payment does.
- See if this is a fit. A quick assessment of what's happening in your home and what is keeping your son stuck. You'll leave knowing what to focus on — even if you never enroll. For many families, that first hour of guidance is enough to see the situation more clearly and begin moving it in a better direction.
- Work the modules. Enrollment is by invitation, based on what we uncover together. The modules walk you through the situation in order — what's happening in your home, what your son is avoiding, what you are still carrying, and what needs to change. By the end, you have a customized Parenting Plan built around your family: the mission statement, core boundaries, house-access window, rent structure, earning system, and pushback responses you'll use in the next phase.
- Implement the plan. The boundaries, conversations, responses, and progress markers move from concept into reality. As the plan begins changing the pattern — including the struggles that come with real change — we adjust the plan so you can hold steady long enough for independence to start developing.
This is not time-based support. As long as you keep showing up, holding the boundaries, and honestly reporting what is happening, we stay with it.
What the 47 days are — and are not
At the conclusion of Module 3, Trajectory Forge produces your Master Parenting Plan, ready for implementation. The plan goes live, and you hold it. A loose timeline is how families lose years; a sharp one is how actions develop.
What the 47 days are not: a finish line for your son, or an expiration date on support.
One limit. Where an untreated mental health condition, developmental condition, addiction or physical health problem is severe enough to be the main thing in the way, assessment by a qualified professional comes first. That assessment determines what responsibilities are realistic, what support is needed, and how progress is built alongside treatment. Trajectory Forge is coaching and educational support for parents. It is not therapy.
